What is an IV?
Intravenous (IV) fluids deliver saline solution through tubing directly into the bloodstream. This solution usually includes fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and medications that are tailored to each individual patient.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
While our IV specialists do not expect tips, they are much appreciated. Tipping our team lets us know that we are delivering the quality results you deserve.
How long are the treatments?
Treatment length varies depending on the IV therapy you choose to ensure safe absorption. On average:
- 500cc vitamin drips take 25 to 30 minutes.
- 1000mL bags take around 45 minutes.
- Specialty IVs — such as high-dose vitamin C and BR+ NAD therapy — can take an hour or more.
Who administers the IV therapy treatment?
Our mobile IV therapy specialists are registered nurses who have extensive training in administering IV treatments. Our team works directly under a medical doctor and a board-certified advanced practice nurse.
How do IV therapy treatments work?
IV infusions are one of the most effective ways to deliver much-needed nutrients to the body, bypassing the digestive system and allowing for faster absorption. IV infusions can impact and improve the function of a wide variety of body systems to improve overall wellness and specific ailments or needs of the body.
How often can you get an IV therapy treatment?
The frequency of IV therapy treatments should be tailored to your specific needs. Our nurses will customize a treatment plan for you that will include specific ingredients and the frequency you’ll need for your treatment.
